Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of culture. Consideration of the student group as a social community led to the concept of «organizational culture». The experimental part is devoted to the diagnosis of culture and identification of key components of its impact and diagnosis of the socio-psychological adaptation as a factor responsible for the effectiveness of training. Conclusions and some recommendations for improving the organizational culture in a student group are presented based on the results of the study
