Subscriptions

The print edition of Alma Mater (Higher School Herald) is published monthly, 12 times a year. Individuals and organisations may subscribe directly through the Editorial Office or through a subscription agency.

  • a six-month subscription comprises six issues;
  • subscriptions placed directly with the Editorial Office may begin with a single month;
  • each issue is released around the middle of the month.

Terms for July–December 2026: the rate is RUB 850 including delivery within Russia. The Editorial Office will confirm the total cost for the requested period and number of copies when processing the order.

Orders within Russia are sent as registered parcels through Russian Post. A tracking number is emailed after dispatch. Delivery outside Russia is quoted individually.

How to subscribe

To subscribe directly through the Editorial Office, email your request to almavest@yandex.ru and include:

  • the subscriber's name or the organisation's name;
  • the number of copies and the required subscription period;
  • the full delivery address, including the postal code;
  • a contact telephone number and the billing details required for an invoice.

The Editorial Office will confirm availability, the total cost and payment instructions by return email.

Subscription agencies

Print subscriptions may also be available through specialist agencies, including Ural-Press. Prices, delivery areas and available periods should be checked directly with the chosen agency.

  • 81414 — annual subscription index.

Digital access

Issue contents, article details and abstracts are available in the journal archive. Publications can also be found through the site search.

  • Open access. PDFs of open-access articles can be downloaded from the article page without signing in.
  • Purchase of an individual article. For a paid article, its price and payment button are shown on the article page after sign-in. Once payment is confirmed, the PDF is available from the article page and under Purchased Articles in the reader's account.
  • External electronic platforms. The journal is available through eLIBRARY.RU and the East View collection; access is provided under the platform's own terms or through an institutional subscription.

This website provides access to individual articles; it does not currently offer a digital subscription to an issue or to the journal as a whole.
