Abstract
Presented is an analysis in difficulties, entailed in the process of state patriotic breeding of students in HPE system. Noted is that idea of state patriotic breeding is not included in lexicon of moderm youth, and also does not aquire conceptual nature in minds of students. Proposition is to seek solution of the named problem by activization of speech education of students, as well as by bringing them to socially significant speech into the process of breeding.
