Abstract
The modern school places high demands on personality of a teacher. Creativity in pedagogical reveals, deepens, enriches the qualities of their personality. Creativity may not be the socially oriented purpose of education. The problem of effectiveness of pedagogical creativity has led to goals empirical research — the study of the level of creativity of young teacher in relation to their personal characteristics. On sample of 52 young teachers sequence identified creativity parameters, built a professional orientation profile, the hierarchy of psychological well-being, emotional barriers, interfering with interaction. Significant correlation coefficients were established between the level of creativity parameters and personal qualities of young teachers. An increase in the level of the parameters ‘Imagination’, ‘Complexity’, ‘Risk propensity’ associated with personal qualities that can reduce effectiveness of the learning and educational process. Further research is needed to investigate the impact of creativity for development of pedagogically significant qualities of teacher’s personality. It was recommended to develop a program of corrective measures for quality of creative expressions to achieve the goals of training and education.
