Abstract
Discussed are possibilities of blogs’ using for publication of multimedia educational training textbooks with licenses of Creative Commons in open informational and communicational environment. This path of informal support of educational process both in form and content is adequate to tendencies of development of blended and flipped0 training. That path allows the teacher to realize academic right for the choice of ways, means and technologies to achieve results, prescribed by FGOS VPO. Conclusion is made, that this path would be conductive as to personal professional forming of university teacher, developing of his social activity, subjectivity and personalization in global informational communicative environment, as a whole given the result of bettering his competitiveness.
