COVID-Factors in the Constitution of Social Reality in Scientific Discussions

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to problematize the study of COVID-factors of the constitution of social reality in scientific discussions. The object of the study is the theoretical discourse on the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, represented by a set of scientific publications eLIBRARY, Publons, Mendeley, Google Scholar, Semantic Scholar, Sage, Springer, Taylor & Francis, Wiley. This choice is due to the openness of the data: the studied segment of scientific texts did not pass the selection of scientometric optics, remaining part of the social discourse. This is important because the authors focus on the COVID-factors of the constitution of social reality.

The study is supported by general theoretical methods of typology and comparison. Mathematical methods of statistical data processing were used as instrumental ones.
