Abstract

The article substantiates the subjectivity of the future education manager as a theoretical and methodological basis for the formation of an authorial attitude. The relevance of the problem is determined by the contradiction between the normative nature of management training and the need for independent design, value-based choice and transformation of the educational environment. The paper shows that subjectivity is not a private psychological feature, but a way of professional presence of the future education manager in managerial activity. The connection between subjectivity, activity, meaning, responsibility, non-adaptive and pre-adaptive activity is revealed. The authorial attitude is interpreted as an integrative personal and professional formation that ensures the transition from the reproduction of ready-made management algorithms to the creation of one’s own strategies of educational development. The conclusion is made that the formation of an authorial attitude is possible only through the purposeful development of the student’s subjective position, combining pedagogical and managerial professional identity.
