Abstract
Research deals with questions of development in the post-degree education of the personality qualities of teachers-psychologists. The goal of research is supposition and evidence of some active training methods’ effectiveness in the development of success motivation and communicativeness of learners in the integrated education system. Results of experimental work are introduced in the article.
