Urgency of creation of managerial competence in the context of arts education

Abstract

Examined is the essence of “managerial competence” concept, as well as necessity of it’s formation in specialists of socio-cultural sphere substantiated. The authors analyzed various approaches to definition of the key term, actualizing it in the context of education in modern arts.
