Abstract
A concept of knowledge triangle as the foundation of a functional model of the innovative university is considered. Under detailed analysis is the process of development of a knowledge transfer system at the University of Nizhni Novgorod in the context of implementation of the EU Tempus project «University Knowledge Transfer for Sustainable Growth».
