System of evaluation of achievements of students by future employers

Abstract

Presented is informational system, aimed at evaluating of achievements of students by employers, incl. representatives of business. The focus of the article is made on formulated list of indicators for evaluation of students’ activity, based on decree of the government of the RF “On the order of procedure of improving scholarship support”, de-composition of global aim of institution of higher education and proposals of expert council of personnel services of biggest enterprises of the Republic of Komi. As to the authors of the system, this set of indicators absolutely reflects basic priorities of academic and extracurricular activity of students, being a kind of benchmark for their success in future career, personal and professional development. All indicators are recorded and processed in a unique mathematical model to form the final index. In conclusion, the article is provided with overview of future directions of research work over proposed system.
