Abstract
The article examines the experience of developing and implementing an internship program for faculty members of designated universities at enterprises of United Aircraft Corporation (UAC). The goal is to increase the practice-oriented nature of educational and methodological complexes and to align the level of engineering personnel training. The paper describes the objectives, structure, and content of the internship, criteria for selecting disciplines, a methodology for cross‑module work, and the results of implementing revised educational and methodological complexes. The impact of the program on the quality of the educational process, network collaboration between universities and enterprises, and plans for scaling the initiative in subsequent rounds are also presented.
