Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration of a complicated phenomenon that is organizational culture of the higher professional school. It is established that interpretation of organizational culture by employees defines polycultural character of its intraorganizational environment. It offers a dispositional approach to the analysis of perception of organizational culture by employees, on which basis it is possible to open typological variants of its perception. The revealed differentiation in the perception of organizational culture describes the variation of motivational value orientations of employees.
