Abstract
The problems of higher schools transition to so-called subject- subjective educational paradigm and asynchronous learning process are discussed in the article. The principles of subject-subjective educational paradigm and asynchronous learning process from the point of view of historically developed socio-cultural bases of Russian society are analyzed. The discrepancy of specified principles to collectivistic features and social life of Russian society is revealed. Some measures for overcoming problems during the transition to a two-level education system are suggested.
