Peer review as an objective criterion for the quality of a scientific publication

Abstract

Basic approaches to reviewing of article manuscripts by scientific magazins are analyzed. Necessity for editorial boards to withdraw from practice of formal reviewing, as well as to guarantee professional, unbiased and all-round analysis of corresponding materials are underlined.
