Regional problems of inclusive education: state, perspectives, decisions

Presented is the analysis of the system of inclusive education as a whole, and also in regions in particular. In detail, described are existing problems of regional systems of inclusive education. In particular, special attention is being paid to the system inclusive education in the Republic of Karachai-Cherkessia, with elaboration of both universal and specific features of inclusive education. Also defined are possible ways and means of solving existing problems of inclusive education.
