Abstract
Presented is description of approaches to projecting of evaluating means for quality of professional training of cadres, and also elaborated are innovative methods of diagnostics, as well as described are diagnostic instruments of levels of formed professional competency of future designers as to realizing of professional tasks by means of informational and communicative technologies.
