Abstract
Disclosed are modern approaches to professional improvement of training and retraining of pedagogues, working in the field of supporting children, being in difficult life situations. In the article, presented and described are structure and content of training educational course for pedagogues, working in organizations for orphans children and children being in difficult life situations. Considered are principal conditions for implementing the course. Given is evaluation of it’s pedagogical potential. Also presented are results of results of experimental work in introduction of the course, approbated within educational project of the Charitable Foundation “Way of life”.
