Abstract
The article is devoted to an actual problem of bilingual students’ speech culture from the CIS. The export of Russian education and stabilisation of Russian speaking people are mentioned as well. Speaking about narrowing of a territorial and demographic imperative of Russian it is important to take into consideration potential of bilingualism.
