Abstract
Examined are global changes in the labor market, that are generated by the fourth industrial revolution, consisting in informatization and robotization of production. Presented are data of modern sociological surveys of employers of economically developed countries. Also requirements of employers for skills of workers in modern organizations are analyzed. Discussed are opportunities and prospects of cooperation between employers, representatives of educational system, students and general public for creation of educational programs for training of creative trans-professionals in demand on the modern labor market.
