Training of high school lecturers under condition of magistracy: synergetic and acmeologic contexts

Abstract

Based on principal regulations of synergetic and acmeologic approaches, process of training of high school lecturers under condition of magistracy is examined. As a result of self-cognition, self-education and self-development of future high school lecturer, traced were stages of his coming into being as a professional and a personality. Proved is organic unity between future lecturer’s self-organizational level and the process of formation of his professionalism.
