Abstract

An analysis of existing problem in training of engineers in Kazakhstan is presented, resulting in lack of special knowledge and skills by bachelor graduates, because of what they are not ready to work professionally in the field of engineering and technologies. Different ways for solving this problem within the framework of the Bologna process, including ones based on the system “bachelorship — profile mastership” are suggested.
