The Features of Professional Development and Career Growth of State Civil Servants in the Sphere of Education: Experience of Foreign Countries

Abstract

The relevance of the article is determined by the importance of indicators of efficiency and effectiveness of civil servants for the economic development of the state. The subject of the article is the state civil servants in the sphere of education in foreign countries. The research methods were theoretical and content analysis. As a result of the research, the peculiarities of the organization of activities of teaching staff and heads of educational organizations in Japan, Malaysia and Indonesia are considered. As a result of the study, the key principles of professional development and career growth of civil servants in the field of education were determined.
