Abstract
Examined are such aspects of baccalaureate in the USA, as conception of undergraduate programs and the notion of bachelor’s degree. Analyzed are basiv features of American bachelors programs, as well as requirements for earning the named degree. Some statistical data are presented to illustrate both scale and structure of American baccalaureate.
