Abstract
The creation of the European Higher Education Area calls for a credit-and-module system for assessing learning outcomes and the use of modular learning technologies to develop essential natural science competencies among students in humanities and socioeconomic programs at teacher training universities. The point-rating system for assessing learning outcomes is introduced in three stages: preparation, implementation, and completion.
