Fundamental principles of designing content of the discipline “Mathematic” at technical university

Abstract

Investigated is the problem of optimization of content of the discipline “Mathematics” in the system of training bachelors at technical directions. Approach has been developed to improving the content of mathematics education, and it allows quantitatively reasonable differentiate training material, aimed at achieving ultimate educational goals in particular area of training. Analysis of contents sample program of the discipline “Mathematics” is carried out in the framework of this approach, based on matrix methods of logical relationships and expertise, linking s with teaching elements of mathematics, are investigated with disciplines of the curriculum cores, ponding educational program, elements of mathematics content are identified, that are most important for basic and professional training. The proposed approach, methods and results could be used by teachers and methodologists in design of the discipline “Mathematics” for training bachelors.
