On the problem of training of highly qualified cadres at military combined command school

Abstract

Analyzed is the idea of formation of professional competency in graduate of combined command military school as subject of professional activity in the process of training in foreign language. Presented are basic concepts of professional military education. Overviewed is dependence between content of training in foreign language and the process of formation of professional readiness of future unit commanding officers. Influence of training in foreign language on formation of professional competency of future commanders is developing with taking into account orientation on constructing of non-standard forms and models of real professional activity, interdisciplinary character of education, extensive using of innovative technologies in educational process. Also described are pedagogical conditions of formation in cadets of high military combined command school readiness for professional activity during training hours in foreign language.
