Abstract
Discussed are key provisions of postgraduate education reform in the year of 2020. Analyzed is impact of these provisions on quality of training scientific and scientific educational personnel in the system of continuing education. In supplement presented is comparison between articles of active law “On education in the Russian Federation” and draft law on postgraduate education.
