Abstract
Presented is an examination in the phenomena of adaptive potential as personal ability to structural and level changes due to adaptogenic factors, that are able to raise personal organization and stability. The authors introduce two main educational technologies for development of future teachers’ adaptive potential while studying pedagogic disciplines, i.e. universal and individual.
