Abstract
On the basis of generalization of bio-social development of human population, the author discusses logical picture of complication of external internal inheritance, in which education, professional training and social activity are being presented as structural functional parts of developing socio-genome. Shown is logic of social transformations, covering by it’s explanatory power all fields and levels of social construction, formation of entire social organism.
