Abstract
Analyzed is the actual problem in recent years of the necessity for many increased productivity of work in the sphere of material production. Special attention of this indicator is associated with use of technology and engineering of new generations, organization of high-tech jobs, and is also associated with the transition of the economy onto high technological structures. The article shows, that one of solutions in solving of the problem might be effective participation of universities on the basis of centers of competences with participation of branch industry ministries.
