Abstract
Based on principles of pedagogical projecting and educational trajectory of both bachelors and masters, the author models structure of basic educational program of HPE for technical university. In accordance with recommendations of FGOS HPE, educational technology bases itself on competence approach in intensive active personally oriented training of students.
