On improving efficiency of thinking in solving practical problems. Culture of thinking

Abstract

Presented is comparative analysis of contribution of competence and traditional approach in solving of the problem of raising effectiveness during in the process of solving of practical tasks. Discussed are questions of forming and diagnostic of competences, on the one hand, and the formation and diagnostic thinking culture, on the other hand. Three groups of methods and rules of thinking activity were defined, i.e. components of culture of thinking. Also presented is brief review of publications, as to the problem of formation of culture of thinking of students and specialists. Formulated is list of techniques and rules of thinking activity, increasing efficiency of orientation of thinking of subject in problem situation, as well as during solving of practical tasks.
