American algorithm of critical thinking and its system modification

Abstract

Analyzed is algorithm of critical (purposeful) thinking, using in American universities, from the position of system (functional- and structural) approach. It’s modification generalizing home experience of education is offered by the author. Also system search of principles generating innovation decisions is elaborated. Some examples of algorithm’s realization with patent inventions are given.
