Abstract
The author exposes some theoretical aspects of formation process of professional value orientations. Attention is paid to both duration and continuity of that process. Activity is marked as key phase in formation of psychological phenomenon. Also experience of organizing of republican festival of young university lecturers “Public Lecture” is presented.
