Abstract
The article addresses the methodology of developing two cycle curriculum in Russia that would be compatible with European curricula and meet requirements of the Bologna process. The issues are taking places within the context of the EU Tempus programme that marks its 20th anniversary this year and is remarkable for its longevity & efficiency.
