Abstract
The article presents a comprehensive analysis of the phenomenon of devaluation of national traditional symbols and attributes, gives this phenomenon a socio-philosophical assessment, gradually examines the devaluation of religious and cult attributes, symbols of military glory, and reveals the reasons for the primitivization and lack of spirituality of the personal civic consciousness of modern people by the example of these phenomena.
