Abstract
Presented is examining of the problem of formation and development of legal culture in the youth midst. The article is devoted to the study of formation questions of legal culture of students. Research in development of legal culture of student youth was conducted on the base of Kurgan state university. In the course of questionnaire of student youth of the university the authors elaborate existing problems, solution of which, they stated, could significantly and positively activate the process of formation of legal culture in that midst.
