Abstract
This article explores innovative approaches to teaching mathematics aimed at improving the quality of the educational process and developing the competencies of students in the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education. Modern society places high demands on the level of training of graduates of educational institutions. One of the most important aspects is the development of mathematical education, which must meet modern requirements and innovative technologies. Mathematics plays a key role in shaping scientific and professional worldviews, as well as developing the intellectual abilities of students in secondary vocational education institutions. Observations show that most students focus solely on acquiring practical skills during their studies and do not always show interest in studying mathematical disciplines. Traditional teaching methods are often ineffective because they fail to take into account the individual characteristics of students and modern trends in the development of science and technology. Therefore, the introduction of innovative approaches is becoming a prerequisite for improving the quality of mathematics education.
