Abstract
Examined are problems of organization of science, connected with introduction of information systems of authors’ quotation indexes. Emphasized is that introducted systems threaten with systematical impoverishment of educational space of the RF, because of publications’ transfer abroad of best published works of national researchers. Geven are some recommendations for stimulation raising of scientific publishing activity in the country.
