Abstract
This article presents the experience of organizing a graduate employment support system at Northern State Medical University. The system includes studying demand for medical specialists; providing students with timely information about vacancies in practical healthcare; concluding agreements with employers and maintaining long-term cooperation with potential employers; placing graduates in jobs that match their qualifications; and maintaining feedback with employers concerning mutual obligations and satisfaction with cooperation with the university. The system can be viewed as an indicator of the university’s social effectiveness.
