Abstract

The synergetic model is used for the analysis how teachers solve research and practical problems, as well as manage to acquire knowledge. It is shown that psychological phenomena can be studied not only at macro- but also at micro-psychological level, where ideas of synergetics play an important role. Took as an example the activity theory of P.Ya. Galperin—N.F. Talyzina, the author shows the possibility of micro-psychological analysis of orientation types in teaching.
