Abstract

Analyzed is world tendency of comparison of achievements of high schools, as well as importance of coordination at present stage of the Bologna process of not only characteristics of higher education, but also of secondary one by using of data of PISA tests. Cited are quantitative data, as to duration of educational process at secondary schools both in European countries and in the Ukraine. Finally, elaborated are standards for senior secondary school, and also outlined are ways for rapprochement of educational quality both in the Ukraine and in the EU.
