Abstract
Analyzed is actual problem of competence of modern pedagogue cadres. Special attention is paid to project competency of future pedagogue cadres, i.e. emotional personal component. Presented is a model of forming of emotional personal component of project competence, and also described is it’s methods. Cited are some examples of empirical research in the problem.
