Abstract
Russian high school’s transition to educational standards for the 3rd generation is based on the competence approach. The article describes detailed competence profile of a bachelor of management by ranking competencies and clarifying behavioral indicators’ scale. Detailed description of methodology of creating the competence profile allows a reader to construct his own refined model.
