Abstract
The article analyzes the main trends and results of educational reforms carried out in Russia and other CIS countries in recent years. Analyzes in details the features of a new generation of educational standards and the problems of normative and methodological framework to ensure the introduction of these standards, made the proposals on thefeasibility of certain actions of the Ministry of Education in the light of the problems of forming a common educational space in the CIS.
