Corporate training in modern business

Abstract

The article analyzes the development of corporate training system in modern Russian business. The results of an expert survey of medium-sized business leaders, in which they were suggested to assess the state and quality of corporate training in the country, are considered. Three stages of development and six conditions of corporate training are distinguished. The main problem areas of corporate training are identified.
