Abstract
The author suggests a conception of forming efficient integrity of thinking and practice of a student in bachelor education, magistracy and additional education. The conception is realized on the basis of scientific trend of holistic method, holistic approach, method of systemic technology. In teaching should be used practical examples of using of systemic technology — holistic approach in economic, social, engineering, managing, ecological, legal areas. The conception was tried on different specialities and tendencies of higher and additional professional education. So programs for magistracy and educational branches for training for professional elite of specialists, managers, teachers and scientists can be created.
