Abstract
The aim of the article is to analyze background and perspectives of Russian Bologna Club as the first open association of universities searching for strong position in common education space. The author analyses reasons and consequences of the Russian Federation’ s signing Bologna Declaration and emphasizes a need for further Bologna Process promotion. The issues of creating and approving regulatory framework for Russian and European universities’ cooperation tools and procedures are also considered.
