Abstract
The article examines the management of professional development among teachers working in innovative supplementary education organizations. It shows that the expansion of supplementary education under the national project “Education” increased the importance of an individualized approach to professional development. The author notes that the specific working environment of Kvantorium technology parks, IT-Cube centers, and similar institutions creates distinctive conditions for staff development. A survey conducted in 2025 among teachers in innovative supplementary education organizations in the Oryol Region revealed a heterogeneous staff composition, indicating the need for flexible management mechanisms. The study concludes that the most effective measures include targeted professional development, mentoring and motivation systems, strengthening employee agency, and improving the work of professional teacher associations.
